Elisamehe Macha is the Head of Legal Services at the Medical Stores Department. He has over 10 years of experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance. With a notable background in corporate law, natural resources law, oil and gas, contracts law, and supply chain management, he has played a key role in guiding the organization toward steady progress, providing solutions to complex legal challenges, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulatory requirements.

Before joining the Medical Stores Department, Elisamehe Macha was the Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services at Gas Company (Tanzania) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation. He established a stable legal department there, guiding the Company through rapid corporate growth.

Macha earned his Master of Laws Degree from Aberdeen University, Scotland, in 2016 and is a Member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), Tanzania Public Bar Association, and the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT). Under his leadership, the Legal Services Team continues to advance and support the vision and mission of the Medical Stores Department.
