Mr. Amani Dello joined the Medical Stores Department (MSD) in 2024 as the Director of ICT and Statistics. He spearheads MSD’s digital transformation by enhancing ICT capabilities and streamlining supply chain management processes.

With over 14 years of experience in both government and private institutions, Mr. Dello has developed a strong professional portfolio. He holds several professional certifications, including Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) by ISACA and ITIL. His technical expertise is further reinforced by technology certifications from Huawei (HCNA), CISCO (CCNP), and Microsoft.

He is also a certified lead auditor for ISO standards 27001, 45001, and 14001. Additionally, he has participated in numerous professional trainings, seminars, and conferences locally and internationally, focusing on mission-critical ICT systems, digital transformation, and data center management.

Mr. Dello holds an MSc in Information Systems with Data Analytics from Kobe University in Japan. He gained industry experience with the Institute of Energy Economics Japan (IEEJ), contributing to advanced technology and analytics projects.

His extensive expertise and leadership skills continue to drive MSD’s ICT advancements and strengthen its healthcare supply chain management systems.
