Watumishi wa MSD Wajengewa Uwezo, Juu ya Mifumo ya Usimamizi Ubora

Watumishi wa Bohari ya Dawa (MSD) wanaosimamia mifumo ya Usimamizi wa Ubora  (QMS) wamejengewa uwezo ili kutekeleza na kusimamia majukumu yao kwa ufanisi na weledi kazinini.

Akimzungumza wakati wa kufunga Mafunzo hayo, Kaimu Meneja wa Udhibiti Ubora wa MSD, Bi. Estella Meena alisema mafunzo hayo maalum yanatarajiwa kuwa chachu kuhakikisha matakwa ya ithibati ya Ubora wa kimataifa, yaani  ISO 9001:2015 yanatekelezwa kikamilifu, hivyo kuboresha utendaji na kuhakikisha malengo ya taasisi yanafikiwa.

" Kama mnavyofahamu MSD ina ithibati ya Ubora wa kimataifa, kutoka Shirika la Viwango la kimataifa (ISO) ambayo ni ISO 9001:2015, hivyo ni wajibu wetu kuhakikisha tunaishi na kutekeleza viwango vya utendaji tulivyojiwekea, kwa kuzingatia ithibati hii" Alisema Meena.

Bi.Meena ameongeza kuwa, mbali na ithibati hiyo, zipo Sheria, sera na miongozo mbalimbali inayoongoza  utendaji wa MSD, hivyo mafunzo hayo pia yamewanoa watumishi hao kuhakikisha wanatekeleza wajibu wao, kulingana na matakwa yaliyopo maeneo yao ya kazi.

Mafunzo hayo ya Mfumo wa Udhibiti Ubora, yamehusisha pia  elimu juu ya vihatarishi na mbinu za kuvitambua na kudhibiti vihatarishi hivyo

Akizunguza kwa niaba ya washiriki, Bw. John Missana amedokeza kwamba mafunzo  yamekuja wakati muafaka, kwani yana umuhimu mkubwa katika utekelezaji wa shughuli za MSD, hivyo watayatumia kuongeza chachu ya utendaji, Ili kutekeleza malengo ya taasisi kwa vitendo.

Mafunzo hayo ya siku tatu, yaliyofanyika mkoani Morogoro yameratibiwa na MSD na kutolewa na taasisi  ya Usimamizi wa Vihatarishi Tanzania (IRMT).

Medical Stores Department (MSD) was established by the Act of Parliament No.13 of 1993 as an autonomous department under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children responsible for developing, maintaining and managing an efficient and cost effective system of procurement, storage and distribution of approved medicines and medical supplies required for use by all public health facilities.
